At The Farmer’s Bakery, we believe great desserts should taste homemade while meeting the standards of a professional kitchen.
With years of experience in the hospitality and horeca industry in The Netherlands, we specialize in creating cakes, cheesecakes, brownies, bars, and other desserts for hotels, restaurants, cafés, and other hospitality businesses across Curaçao.
We understand the importance of consistency, quality, presentation, and reliable service when supplying professional kitchens. Whether you need desserts for your regular menu or individual portions for service, our products are made with care and designed to fit the needs of your business.

Terms & Conditions
By placing an order with The Farmer’s Bakery, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Order Preparation
All orders require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. We recommend placing your order as early as possible, especially for larger or customized orders.
Orders are only considered confirmed once the order has been successfully placed.
Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that plans can change. Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pick-up time.
Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance are eligible for a refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery or pick-up are non-refundable, as preparation of your order may have already started.
Pick-Up
Customers are responsible for collecting their order at the selected pick-up date and time.
Please make sure cakes and desserts are transported carefully and kept on a flat, stable surface. Once an order has been collected, The Farmer’s Bakery cannot be held responsible for damage caused during transportation or improper handling.
Delivery
Delivery is available to selected areas and may be subject to a delivery fee based on the delivery location.
Please ensure that the delivery address and contact information provided with your order are correct. Someone must be available to receive the order at the agreed delivery location and time.
Cakes & Product Appearance
Our products are handmade, and therefore slight variations in color, decoration, size, or appearance may occur.
Photos on our website and social media are intended as a reference. While we always aim to create a product as close as possible to the example shown, every handmade cake is unique.
Allergies
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including wheat/gluten, eggs, milk, nuts, peanuts and soy.
If you have a food allergy or dietary requirement, please contact us before placing your order.
Although we take care when preparing our products, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of allergens.
Storage
Customers are responsible for following any storage instructions provided with their order. Cakes and desserts containing ingredients that require refrigeration should be kept refrigerated until shortly before serving.
The Farmer’s Bakery cannot be held responsible for deterioration or damage caused by incorrect storage after delivery or pick-up.
Changes to Orders
If you need to make a change to an existing order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes cannot always be guaranteed once preparation has started.
Additional charges may apply depending on the requested changes.

By completing an order through our website, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
The Farmer’s Bakery reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
